Spot advertising: New appearance for World Ski Championships 2017

The St. Moritz-based communications agency Spot Werbung has developed the new website for the 2017 World Ski Championships in St. Moritz. The agency was also responsible for the website during the last World Ski Championships held in Switzerland in 2003.

The Alpine World Ski Championships are the most important championships in alpine ski racing and take place every two years. St. Moritz 2017 is already the fifth major event of this kind for the Engadin, after 1934, 1948, 1974 and 2003. The event also has a long tradition at the St. Moritz communications agency Spot Werbung: it was responsible for the website for the 2003 World Ski Championships and is now once again the official supplier for the 2017 World Ski Championships website. Stmoritz2017.ch focuses on various social media channels in addition to important updates such as live tickers and results during the event. The organizing committee is completely dispensing with traditional news and communicating about the event exclusively via social networks. All fan posts with the hashtag #stmoritz2017 will also be published on a "social wall".
