Velvet develops the key visuals for Berlinale
The 66th Berlin International Film Festival will take place from February 11 to 21, 2016. Velvet won an international pitch and created the visual identity for the renowned film festival.
Throughout Berlin, the Berlinale posters set the mood for the upcoming festival. Together with the artists of the international film world, the bear conquers the Berlin urban area. The six poster motifs created by the Lucerne agency tell of fleeting encounters of individual revellers with the bears in the city, captured photographically - caught between reality and fiction.

Responsible at the Berlinale: Dieter Kosslick (Festival Director), Anne Marburger (Head of Communications). Responsible at Velvet Creative Office: Wolfgang Möhrle (consulting), Peter Moser (AD), Jürg Schaffhuser (CD), Oliver Zwimpfer (image montage and editing).
