Last but not least: No matter

With «I don’t care,» yet another company in Germany is winning over the public in a viral way.

The Berlin public transport company BVG is not really popular. There is a lot of grumbling about prices, controls, this and that. The phenomenon is also familiar here in Germany. A little image cultivation can never hurt. The easiest way to do this today is with a viral spot that, unlike the company, really gets across. See, for example, Edeka ("Super cool", Christmas grandpa). Jung von Matt/Elbe is now perfecting the BVG campaign #weilwirdichlieben - which was launched at the beginning of the year and initially triggered a veritable shitstorm among dissatisfied customers. In the meantime, the tactic of responding to the displeasure and criticism expressed on social media with loving patience seems to be bearing fruit. Kazim Akboga has contributed a lot to this. He landed a cult hit with his appearance on "Deutschland sucht den Superstar" and the song "Is mir egal". The song was subsequently viewed over twelve million times on YouTube.

Incidentally, this is a former copywriter for Heimat Berlin. But it doesn't matter. Now he is presenting a new version of the hit in the BVG commercial. The message of tolerance: "Only we love you the way you are". With so much love, there is almost only love in return. (hae)
