CEO Andsjö leaves Salt
Johan Andsjö, CEO, has decided to leave Salt effective immediately. The Board of Directors has appointed Pierre-Alain Allemand as interim CEO.
In connection with the change of ownership, Pierre-Alain Allemand has so far supported Salt's management in initiating and leading transformation projects to increase operational and economic efficiency. The search for a successor to Johan Andsjö has been initiated, as detailed in a press release. "We take note of Johan's departure and respect his decision. We are confident that Pierre-Alain will successfully fulfill the ad interim role, with the full support of the management team and owners for continued business development, until a new CEO is nominated," commented Oliver Rosenfeld of NJJ in a statement.
