110 Sales manager diploma

Glamorous ceremony at the Hotel Victoria-Jungfrau in Interlaken: 110 Swiss talents received their federal diplomas as sales managers.

Sales managers develop strategies and devise concepts to develop the appropriate sales power in companies of all sizes. These highly qualified professionals are indispensable know-how carriers on the revenue side of any organization.

On Saturday, November 21, 110 ladies and gentlemen received their diplomas as federally certified sales managers at the Victoria- Jungfrau Hotel in Interlaken. A total of 173 people completed the examination, of which 63.6 percent passed with success. The average grade was 4.1. Kurt Aeschbacher hosted the ceremony at the Victoria-Jungfrau. The president of the examination board, Markus Hinder, addressed the successful graduates with a quote from John F. Kennedy: "He has a head start in life who tackles where others are still talking." Thought as an appeal for the fact that one gets far with true hard work and should also be quiet once in a while. Examiner Ibi Bertschi also emphasized the value of practical action: "An ounce of action is worth more than a ton of sermon. You have acted, crammed and sweated - now you may reap the reward - congratulations. Enjoy this great moment and continue to act so successfully in the future!"

The best list

Top achievements were made by Armin Burri, who was honored with the "Swiss Marketing Sales Award" as the best of all graduates. The best graduates in the individual subjects were: Damir Karahodzic (Leadership and Organization); Martin Zehnder (Marketing and Instruments); Nando Steiner (Corporate Accounting); Armin Burri (Sales Information and Sales Controlling as well as in the subject Sales Planning); Nando Steiner (Marketing: Fundamentals and Strategy); Jasmin Müller (Sales Management); Andy Berger (Law) and David Kummer (VWL).
