Frontwork: New interior design for Läckerli Huus

On the facade of the Läckerli Huus in Frenkendorf (BL), large letters announce what visitors will experience inside: «bake,» «discover,» «shop,» and «enjoy.» This impression from the outside is now intended to carry over into the interior of the building as well.

With this in mind, Läckerli Huus turned to interior designer (Dipl. HFG) Regula Rechsteiner for the design of the top floor (reception, meeting room, cafeteria, passageways). In recent years, she has already designed the conversion and new construction of 11 stores in line with the corporate design. Frontwork was commissioned to produce the ideas. The interior design specialist has set new accents in various places: in the cafeteria, on the glass walls of the meeting rooms, in the corridors and in the showcases in the entrance area.

A transparent film has been used in the cafeteria to wish guests "Bon Appetit" in all the languages of the export countries. Using a magnet system, numerous pictures and posters (current and historical) in various formats can now be placed in the aisle and easily changed as required - with a focus on new products or with catchy brand messages.

The foils on the glass walls of the meeting rooms ensure discretion and provide better orientation with catchy names such as "Basler Läckerli", "Chocolat-Waffeln" or "Rahmtäfeli", i.e. product names from the range.

Another challenge was the disruptive noise in the cafeteria. As a solution, Frontwork fitted the walls here with new acoustic frameless frames with a huge Basler Läckerli print.
