Freiburg News Win Coup Imprint
On June 20, 2015, Swiss editorial teams competed in Marly for the 14th time for the Imprint Cup. The media professionals proved that fairness is not just part of their everyday work. 18 teams met for a friendly trial of strength.
Impressum, the largest Swiss organization of professional journalists, has been organizing the Swiss Media Football Tournament since 2001. For journalists, it is a welcome occasion to meet among colleagues in a sporting environment and to celebrate both cohesion and friendship as well as rivalry in a relaxed and competitive manner.
In the final match teams of Fribourg News played their way to the first place and those of Schaffhausen News to the second place, and from the small final emerged RTS Radio third-placed team. The honorary title for the best fair play was awarded to the team of La Télé, which also won the sympathy of their opponents in flight.
