Promoswiss with new structure in the board of directors

At Promoswiss's 66th Members' Meeting and General Assembly in Oerlikon, the budgets and roles were reassigned.

In his annual report, President Roger Riwar presented an intensive and varied 2014. The main points were the promotional products ideas park at Suisse Emex, the PSF Forum, the FHSG study, and the new KV training with a specialization in promotional products. According to the press release, it is also pleasing that the association is growing steadily and that the importance and positioning of the promotional product is taking its rightful place in advertising budgets and studies.

The promotional products market, which according to the St. Gallen University of Applied Sciences is 90 percent certain to be worth over 700 million Swiss francs per year, is something to be aware of.

The board of directors will be restructured in 2015 and will have only five board members instead of eight. Daniel Lörtscher, Michael Mätzener, and Promoswiss veteran Beat Nolze, who can look back on more than 20 years of association activity, were bade farewell with thanks for their achievements and a big round of applause.

The new 2015 Board of Directors presents itself as follows:

Tom Oester (Events), Christoph Zindel (Finance), Roger Riwar (President), Peter Kaiser (Marketing), Adrian Schmidhäusler (Secretariat) (f.l.)
