Smartquotes joins forces with journalist
The Lucerne-based communications firm Smartquotes has expanded its team. Radio journalist Cornelia Burkhard joined the team in January 2015 as a media trainer and communications consultant.
"I'm really looking forward to this new role. Training and supporting people in media appearances and in dealing with journalists is very exciting, but also challenging," says Cornelia Burkhard. The qualified journalist is the former editor-in-chief of Radio Sunshine, ran the Salto press office and worked for many years as a journalist, presenter and consultant. From 2011 to 2013, she also managed the 50plus project of the speranza foundation set up by the late entrepreneur Otto Ineichen. There she coached adults and young people from all over German-speaking Switzerland in difficult situations.
In recent years, Smartquotes has made a name for itself in training for professional media appearances, the development of communication concepts, the support of challenging communication cases and in the field of event moderation. Smartquotes specializes in crisis communication.
