M&C Saatchi: Global image campaign for DeWitt
M&C Saatchi will continue its work with the watch brand DeWitt this year as well. The plan is to revamp the global brand campaign.
The agency's task was not easy, according to the press release, and involved a double challenge: On the one hand, how is such a disparate target group from the Middle East, to Russia, to Asia alike, as well as in "old Europe" and in North and South America, to understand the Napoleonic heritage of the DeWitt brand? The founder of the company is Count Jérôme de Witt, a direct descendant of Emperor Napoleon 1. On the other hand, the communication should also significantly emphasize the excellence and modernity of the watches created by DeWitt. M&C Saatchi's "brutally simple" solution: the creation of a brand icon with the contemporary reinterpretation of the Emperor's torso.

The icon is used in communication with the headline "For the new Emperors" and allows to put in the spotlight the latest models of the brand DeWitt. The brand claim " Heirs of Napoleon " confirms the descent from the Emperor.
