Last but not least: Hand in the old apartment via app
The tedious process of handing over an apartment—with its list of defects and other forms—is finally made easy: just use the app, and you're done.
Homegate has developed an app that makes handing over a home child's play. The new "Handover" app single-handedly covers all the requirements of a handover protocol. Forms and photos are recorded and stored digitally. Finally, the apartment handover takes place conveniently by electronically signing the handover protocol on the iPad, and the documents are sent directly to the parties as a PDF by email.
The app itself is free, but users pay for the individual protocols, according to a Homegate press release. "Handover" is aimed in particular at SMEs and private individuals with apartment buildings.
The tenant can then pay the bills using the eBanking app, use the SBB app to buy a ticket to the new apartment, use the Post app to redirect the post, use the Uepaa! app to climb peaks in the new area, use the Liquidsketch app to do a puzzle when bored and don't forget Whatsapp - Switzerland is one of the world's mobile elite. The only thing missing is this app: Surviving alone in the big city without a smartphone. (uma)
