Omnicom and OMD: Change in management

New appointments in the management teams of Omnicom Media Group Switzerland and OMD Switzerland: Sekan Kee will become CFO of Omnicom Media Group Switzerland. Mia Pütz will take over her previous position. Ute Kaiser and Annette Dielmann are leaving the agency.

As of July 1, 2014, the following changes will be made to the management structure of the Zurich-based agency group:

Ute Kaiser, previously CFO of Omnicom Media Group Switzerland, will transfer her office to Sekan Kee, previously Managing Director of OMD Switzerland. Ute Kaiser was a decisive pioneer for the further expansion of the agency group as well as various optimizations within the media and financial processes. Sekan Kee has managed OMD's See unit for many years and, after a long and successful media career, will now successively take over responsibility for the finance area.

Sekan Kee's position will be succeeded by Mia Pütz as of August. Mia Pütz was previously Account Director in OMD's City unit and was responsible for McDonald's and Renault, among others.

Annette Dielmann, until now Managing Director within the Omnicom Media Group and responsible for Digital Shared Services as well as Business Development, will leave the agency after many years of very successful service and take on new challenges.

Manfred Strobl, CEO of the agency group: "All my colleagues have done an outstanding job for us so far and I would like to thank them very much. I am extremely reluctant to let Ute Kaiser and Annette Dielmann go and wish them both all the best for the future. Sekan Kee and Mia Pütz will continue to show great commitment in their new positions and we wish them both every success as the new CFO (S. Kee) and new MD (M. Pütz)."
