Publigroupe: Takeover Board sets new timetable
With regard to the public tender offers by Tamedia and Swisscom for all shares of Publigroupe, the Takeover Board has decided to harmonize the timelines for the two offers.
This results in the following new deadlines: Swisscom must publish the offer prospectus by June 23, 2014 at the latest. The offer period for both offers is expected to run from July 8, 2014 to August 5, 2014. Publigroupe announced this in a press release on Thursday.
Publigroupe's Board of Directors has until July 14, 2014 at the latest to publish its report on both offers. At the same time as the publication of the Board of Directors' report, Publigroupe will also publish interim financial statements as of March 31, 2014, as required by takeover law.
