"I am looking forward to this exciting new challenge," said Daniel Deicher in a statement. "We will be able to serve, train and support our customers even better and more intensively in the future!" Smartquotes has been advising companies, large organizations and the public sector at federal, cantonal and municipal level throughout Switzerland on communication issues for almost four years. Its clients also include associations, foundations, political parties, politicians and well-known personalities.

Behind Smartquotes are the two Lucerne communication professionals Simon Kopp and Daniel Deicher. Together they have over 30 years of experience as journalists, presenters, program directors and managing directors at major national media companies (radio, TV and newspapers). Both have been working in leading positions in corporate communications for around eleven years and deal with sensitive media inquiries from journalists on a daily basis.
