Nemuk designs Swiss Olympic Team page

For the start of the Olympic Games in Sochi, Swiss Olympic is coming up with a new team website. The design was developed by the Zurich digital agency Nemuk in close conceptual collaboration with Swiss Olympic.

In order to provide a clear focus on content related to the current and future Olympic Games, the website has been Swissolympicteam.ch decoupled from the existing association website. The focus is now on the athletes, news about the selections, results and match reports. To get closer to the athletes, their social media posts via Twitter, Facebook and YouTube will be combined in one stream. In addition to the Olympic Games, the European Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF) and the Youth Olympic Games (YOG) also find their place on the new website.

An "off canvas menu" as well as the possibility to navigate the content pages with swiping movements support the use on mobile devices. The project was technically implemented by the agency Deimos.ch. The site has been online since January 2014.
