Salvation Army nominated for EEA "Best Campaign"
With its Eurovision Song Contest project, The Salvation Army made the shortlist for the European Excellence Award (EEA) in three categories, including «Best Campaign.».
A year and a half ago, the Salvation Army signed up for the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 without hesitation. Martin Künzi, Head of Marketing, said to himself, "We can do what they show there: make music and inspire people. As "Takasa", the band won the ticket to Malmö, where they were unfortunately eliminated due to a low jury rating. The Salvation Army has now been successful in its nomination for the European Excellence Award, as announced in a press release on Friday.
On December 5, 2013, the European Excellence Awards 2013 will be presented at the Postpalast in Munich. The award recognizes companies for outstanding achievements in marketing and communication. The Salvation Army has been shortlisted in the three categories "Best Campaign", "Non-Government Organizations" and "Switzerland, Austria".
