The PR Factory: Campaign for Stapo Zurich

Pickpocketing is a recurring issue during the Christmas shopping season. To address this, The PR Factory created a new campaign for the Zurich City Police.

The eye-catching motif is intended to remind passers-by in a sympathetic way to take good care of their own valuables and to protect themselves from pickpockets. In the police's prevention work, it is crucial to attract the public's attention again each time.
The agency therefore deliberately opted for an eye-catching visual that raises awareness of the unpleasant topic with a wink.

The campaign will be used for the first time in November and December 2013 around Zurich's Bahnhofstrasse and in all police showcases in the city. Several stand campaigns are also planned in the center of Zurich in November and December. Various information materials on the subject of pickpocketing will be handed out to passers-by and stores. At the same time, announcements will be made on streetcars and buses. The motif will be used in the long term and will therefore also be used in the future for the prevention work of the Zurich City Police in the area of pickpocketing.

Responsible at the Zurich City Police: Gabriela Affeltranger (overall responsibility), Michael Nielsen (project management). Responsible at The PR Factory: Andrea Miolo-Eberhard (overall responsibility), Christine Raschle (consulting, project management, concept, text), Rim Sabo/Sabine Gerhards (design).
