A new travel service - and a new agency
"Localike New York" arranges a customized visit to New York for tourists. The customized travel service was launched by a new agency: Pop Up Agency. Werbewoche has information on both.
New York is the favorite destination of city travelers from Switzerland, Germany and Austria. From now on, visitors will benefit from a new travel service: Localike New York has committed itself to the principle of "Customized Traveling" and breaks with tourist conventions. Instead of picking out the right thing from a flood of offers, tips and information, Localike customers simply record their preferences and interests online. Localike New York uses this information to arrange an individual travel program for each customer. And thus offers its customers the opportunity to experience New York like a local. Like a local.
On behalf of the American-Swiss start-up, the Pop Up Agency brought this concept to market maturity. The intensive planning process with market analyses, desk and field research as well as the definition of positioning and corporate design was followed by the implementation on website, online advertising, SEM, print ads and PR in German-speaking Europe. The great media response (Die Zeit, Welt am Sonntag, GQ, annabelle, Brigitte, SI Style, Bolero and others) helped Localike New York to a successful start.
For the implementation of the website and e-commerce platform Localike.com is the responsibility of the Zurich web agency Square.
