Andreas Gedenk strengthens Somexcloud
Starting in August, Andreas Gedenk will join the Somexcloud team and, together with Denise Mändli, will form the executive management team. The three founders—David Schäfer, Anders Bally, and Gustavo Salami—will continue to actively support the management team at the strategic level.
Andreas Gedenk's previous positions include B, G, Media (Co-Founder), Zenith Optimedia (Managing Partner), Publimedia (CEO) and Linkin Media (Co-Founder). David Schäfer says: "We are looking forward to further developing the chosen path with Andreas Gedenk and the existing team and to opening up new business areas."
Somexcloud is also launching the "Mobile Marketing" course in October. The rapid growth in mobile access to websites and social media platforms is presenting companies with new challenges and forcing them to respond quickly, Somexcloud said in a statement. The marketing course comprises twelve modules. Lecturers with practical experience impart know-how ranging from mobile advertising, mobile content and mobile commerce to responsive design. The course will be held as a 12-week course (start: Tuesday, October 1, 2013) and as an intensive course over three weekends (start: November 15, 2013). Further courses are already planned and will be communicated in due course.
