D.Core with new marketer satisfaction study
In May 2013, the new research and consulting agency D.Core Switzerland was launched. On June 20, the agency presented the «2013 Swiss Marketer Satisfaction Study» for the Swiss online marketing market in Zurich.
D.Core focuses on digital advertising effectiveness research, both online and mobile, social media research and big data. The agency offers marketers and media companies in Switzerland strategic and editorial consulting, the development of marketing arguments as well as the conception of research projects and their realization independent of institutes. For the "Marketer Satisfaction Study Switzerland 2013", online marketing decision-makers and managers of media agencies and advertisers were surveyed by telephone in spring 2013 about their satisfaction with various online marketers, intermediaries and publishers.
In terms of overall satisfaction, the up-and-coming Swiss advertising intermediary Adwebster took first place, followed by GMX and Ringier. In addition, detailed questions on satisfaction with accounting, service performance, employees, service portfolio and more were asked for individual marketers. The study thus allows Swiss online marketers and publishers to be benchmarked for the first time and offers concrete starting points for improving services and performance for agencies and advertisers, the agency said in a press release on Monday.
D.Core Switzerland
D.core Switzerland was founded jointly by Roger Baur and Benjamin Herz (both Net Profit ) and D.Core Munich, based in Wollerau (Canton Schwyz). Andrea Eckes and Benjamin Herz were appointed as managing directors.
The advisory board, Harald Amschler (Wemf), Brigitte Gubser (Zenithoptimedia), Thomas Kaiser (Ringier Digital) and Gabriele Siegert (University of Zurich), supports the agency in aligning the product portfolio with market needs. It advises D.Core on the scientific nature of the approaches as well as the necessary neutrality and validity.
