Northwestern Switzerland launches new video portal
The online news offering of the Die Nordwestschweiz newspaper group is supplemented by around thirty videos a day on local and international topics. The portal was launched in collaboration with Stailamedia.
The collaboration has created the technological basis to enable the Video portal into the online news offering of the daily newspapers, according to a statement. The portal offers news content produced in-house by the daily newspaper editorial teams and the TV station family, supplemented by contributions from the Stailamedia network. Readers and users will now find a video offering from the areas of news, culture, sports, cars, cinema, lifestyle, music and region.
The newspaper association Die Nordwestschweizۛ is continuously expanding the cooperation between print, mobile and online. Following "Online First," the launch of the new video portal is another building block in the expansion of convergence.
