Last but not least: The big scrabble
To make sure we don't lose our ability to use written language correctly, our smartphone-obsessed society should start playing more Scrabble again. That's the view of Ogilvy Paris, which is providing free Wi-Fi for word wizards.
Smartphones and tablets do a lot for people. Despite all the relief provided by new mobile media, basic skills such as spelling and writing often fall by the wayside. Ogilvy Paris found out how to bring the joy of playing with letters back to iPeople: the Wifi signal provided by the Scrabble mobile could be used when a Scrabble task was successfully solved. The more points, the longer the usage time. And yes: We should all play Scrabble more often again. (hae)
