New website "The Creative Festival Guide"
"The Creative Festival Guide" is an editorial website that provides an overview of the most important creative festivals worldwide. Developed by digital studio Parasol Island, the project is constantly updated and new festival dates are added.
From traditional competitions such as the ADC Festival to creative festivals in new markets such as Ciclope in South America and cross-cultural events such as OFFF in Barcelona - the "Creative Festival Guide" by Parasol Island summarizes the most important dates in the creative industry. The project, implemented by the Düsseldorf digital studio as an English-language website, is continuously edited and updated. In addition to the pure festival data, icons for various categories and a short editorial description provide a quick overview. The site offers map integration and the option of importing the festival dates into your own calendar.
In addition to the website, "The Creative Festival Guide" was designed as a DIN A1 poster in a small limited edition. Parasol Island in-house talent Jonathan Niclaus is responsible for the illustrations.
Charles Bals was responsible for the overall creative management of the project.
