Microsoft: Swiss social media company bought

In a deal worth millions, Microsoft has acquired a small Zurich-based social media company. The company, Netbreeze, is based in Dübendorf.

The parties had been in negotiations for months. This writes Handelszeitung.ch on Tuesday. "According to circles, the takeover price is likely to be in the small double-digit million range," it continues. Netbreeze's website has already been switched off.
