ProSiebenSat.1 CEO sells shares for seven million euros

Pro Sieben Sat.1 boss Thomas Ebeling is cashing in on Group shares. Last Wednesday, the manager sold shares in the television group for 7.5 million euros.

This was announced by the company on Monday. The share price has risen by around 15 percent since the beginning of the year. On Monday, the news that the main shareholders KKR and Permira were initiating their exit weighed on the share price.

However, Ebeling had practically no advantage from his transaction a few days earlier: the loss of 3.3 percent to 24.99 euros by the close of trading on Monday essentially only canceled out the price gains that the share had recorded after Ebeling's transaction. The manager sold the shares at a price of 25.12 euros each.

Ebeling last disposed of Pro Sieben Sat.1 shares on a large scale last March. The CEO, who most recently received an annual salary of around two million euros, realized around nine million euros with several transactions. (SDA)
