Change at the top of Radio 1
Nik Niethammer will take over as editorial director of Radio 1 effective March 1, 2013. The current editor-in-chief, Iwan Santoro, is leaving the station at his own request on the same date to take on a new challenge at Radio SRF in Bern.
Niethammer previously worked as program director of TeleZüri/Tele 24, member of the editorial board of Blick, editor-in-chief of Sat.1 in Berlin and editor-in-chief of Schweizer Illustrierte.
