APGS: "Big Data, Big Planning"
On November 28, the 10th general meeting of the Account Planning Group Switzerland (APGS) took place at the Gottieb Duttweiler Institute.
The APGS looked back on various activities, including the "2037" dialog event with futurologist Birgit Gebhardt, the Toolbox Day at Google and various "Beer Cases" with APGS members as hosts. It is also involved in further education, particularly at the ADC/BSW Creative School, Sawi and the HWZ. Karin Frick, Head of Think Tank, opened the meeting with current insights and outlooks on the question "What impact does "Big Data" have on our social and economic ecosystems?".
In the new year, the APGS will continue its work with a stronger leadership team: Ester Elices and Gordon Nemitz were newly appointed to the Board of Directors. Rainer Bühler (President), Marco Casile (Vice President), David Schärer, Peter Schäfer and Marc Schumacher were confirmed. Pascal Schaub, co-founder and former President, has resigned from the Board.
