Tele Bielingue: New faces

In November, the Tele Bielingue team will be joined by three new members. Andrea von Siebenthal and Ursula Lilian Gall will join the German-language team of hosts, while Virginie Ducrot Geinoz will host the French-language programming going forward.

The 35-year-old Virginie Ducrot Geinoz from Landeron NE is a communications expert at the Couteau Suisse agency. According to the press release, she is married and the mother of two girls. She currently holds a position as communications officer for the 700th anniversary of La Neuveville, in addition to other public relations work and organizing sporting events. "I am looking forward to this new professional challenge, in which I can live out my passion for communication in greater depth. In addition, it is a great motivation for me to be able to work in the information sector in my region."

Andrea von Siebenthal from Gstaad BE is 33 years young and a Swiss-Italian dual citizen. She is a mother, has a Masters degree in "International Conflict journalism" in Rome and a management education. Among other things, she worked on Unifilmission in Lebanon (embedded journalist) and as digital editor-in-chief at the Anzeiger von Saanen, attended various MAZ courses in moderation and journalism. "I'm looking forward to the new challenge at TV and to being able to report on an exciting region on a daily basis," she says about her new commitment.

Ursula Lilian Gall is 39 years young and grew up in Muntelier FR. She is married and mother of a boy of kindergarten age. She gained her first media experience in Zurich as a promo manager for Swiss bands. From 2001 to 2008 she held various positions at Tele 24 and Tele Züri, first as editor for the youth program "Jukebox", later as inputter for "Züri News" and as producer for the nightlife magazine Züritipp. She also worked as a VJ for "Swissdate" and as a freelancer for the Ringier Web Center. At the end of 2008, she emigrated to Vancouver for two years and gained her first radio experience there with her own music show "Heartbeats of Europe". "Back to the roots - It's great to be back in Switzerland and to be able to present regional events as a child of the language border," Gall said in a statement.
