Former radio journalist and RTR director dies

Chasper Stupan, a former radio journalist and longtime director of the Romansh Radio and Television (RTR), has died at the age of 71 after a long illness.

Stupan was known to a wider public, including the German-speaking public, as a dedicated radio reporter for the home games of HC Davos and EHC Arosa. He began his journalistic career at Rhaeto-Romanic radio in 1977. From 1984 to 2001, Stupan was RTR director in Chur, as the broadcaster announced on Thursday. (SDA)
