Crome: Children looking for an intern on YouTube
Familea works to promote the well-being of women, children, and families in the Basel area. The Basel-based agency Crome helps the organization find interns for daycare centers.
Crome was commissioned to develop a concept for the job advertisements. For once, it is not "Human Resources Management" that defines the job profile, but the children themselves, according to a press release. In a total of three commercials, they describe their "dream intern".
