Eyekon creates new apprenticeship position for mediamatician
Eyekon has created a new apprenticeship position as of August 2012. This is the first time that the Zurich-based design and communications agency is supporting an apprentice through the four-year training program to become an EFZ mediamatician.
As specialists in the media environment, media specialists deal with the processing of information from various channels. Their main areas of work include designing and maintaining websites, creating multimedia content and writing presentations and documentation. According to the agency, the areas of cross-media and interactive are ideally suited to the varied activities of a budding mediamatician. Eyekon offers an apprentice insight and cooperation in all training-relevant topics: From the creation of interactive communication projects to active programming and administrative tasks. The agency has therefore actively sought to create an apprenticeship and promote the urgently needed young talent in the Swiss ICT sector.
