Last but not least: iPad for nostalgics
The world breathes a sigh of relief: The iTypewriter is here.
You're probably familiar with the retro handsets for the iPhone. But have you heard of the iTypewriter? The product and industrial designer Austin Yang has made the classic typewriter iPad-compatible. It thus offers countless nostalgic writers and authors the opportunity to take the leap into the modern age and compost their beloved Hermes. Take Woody Allen, for example, who still writes all his screenplays on a typewriter and then has his secretary type them up on a PC.
You can't (yet) buy this marriage of antiquity and the present day. Nevertheless, the idea is fun to look at. Once. Then you've seen it - just like the retro telephone handsets.
