Swiss advertising: diploma ceremony on crutches
On July 6, 67 graduates from German-speaking Switzerland received their federal professional certification as communications planners. Despite using crutches, Anja Speer, the top student in her class, led the way.
After around 350 training lessons, probably countless hours in front of the books alone, as well as 13 hours and 45 minutes of examinations, they have received their federal certificate: 67 communication planners from German-speaking Switzerland were able to receive their diplomas on Friday, July 6, from the president of the examination committee Urs Schneider (Mediaschneider) and the examination leader Roland Ehrler (Swisscom). First and foremost, Anja Speer limped onto the stage. She achieved the best result of the examination year with a final grade of 5.2.
The Advertiser of the Year reminded the newly crowned young advertisers that the market, with its leaps and bounds in challenges - keyword: social media - demands only the best. He had every respect for their achievements. After all, he would not have been able to answer all the questions in the oral exams in communication planning/integrated communication, media, production and advertising law/advertising management alone. Urs Schneider was therefore convinced that, despite a slightly lower quota of just under 70 percent, the current year's cohort has a higher standard of knowledge than in previous years.
Before the graduation ceremony came to a close, word acrobat Simon Libsig provided the closing words: "Now it's your turn to print!"
