12th Swiss CRM Forum: "Advantage through people. We make technologies"
Under the motto «A Head Start Through People. We Create Technologies,» this year’s 12th Swiss CRM Forum offers a wider range of information than ever before. Following the integration of RBC and Nemuk, the topic of CRM in sales is also being featured for the first time.
The conference presentations by top executives, CRM experts and international keynote speakers and the exhibition will focus on innovative products and solutions that make it easier for companies to manage their customer relationships. The crowning finale of the Swiss CRM Forum on June 28, 2012 in the Hallenstadion Zurich will be the Innovation and Technology Radar: The winner of the 2nd Swiss CRM Innovation Award will be chosen from the presentations of three finalists. A total of around 50 companies and partners of the Swiss CRM Forum will present their innovative products and technological achievements in the exhibition and in expert and practical presentations. They will provide the impetus for exchanges with experts and networking.

Finally, the Swiss CRM scene can look forward to the presentation of the 2nd Swiss CRM Innovation Award. The award ceremony - under the patronage of Swisscom and supported by Novadoo - is intended to promote innovative marketing, according to a statement from the organizers of the CRM Forum. After so-called speed presentations by the three finalists selected in advance by the expert jury, the audience will be able to watch the announcement of the winner live. The award recognizes outstanding CRM initiatives that have been completed in the past year and have made a significant contribution to the company's success. All projects with a CRM connection and a highly innovative character can be entered; this can consist of a particularly exciting marketing or sales concept, combined with a technologically innovative implementation or an exceptional introduction and implementation.
Applications for the 2012 award can be submitted until May 11, 2012.
