Schaer Thun with new Managing Director
Elisabeth Oppliger took over the operational management of Schaer Thun on January 1, 2012. She succeeds Kurt Wider, who retired at the end of 2011 after more than 40 years.
As Managing Director, Elisabeth Oppliger is responsible for the Thuner Amtsanzeiger and for the prepress and printing of Schaer Thun. Oppliger has been working for Espace Media for over 20 years and has already held various positions in connection with subscription newspapers and advertisers such as Bantiger Post, Murtenbieter and Anzeiger von Kerzers in recent years.
Schaer Thun is a wholly owned subsidiary of Espace Media Groupe and, together with Vetter Druck, forms the publishing community of the Thuner Amtsanzeiger. The Thuner Amtsanzeiger is the official publication for 35 municipalities in the administrative district of Thun and is published every Thursday with a circulation of 56,283 copies delivered free of charge to all households in the town and agglomeration of Thun.
