Shopping Center City West new partner of APG
Following the Gäupark shopping center in Egerkingen, the Zentrum Rosenberg in Winterthur, and the Säntispark in Abtwil, another major shopping center—the City West shopping center in Chur—has chosen APG as its partner this year.
With an area of 23,000 square meters and a construction volume of 132 million Swiss francs, the new shopping center is the largest privately financed construction in Chur to date, writes APG in a statement on Thursday. The out-of-home advertiser is equipping the center with attractive billboards and, with the new contract, is further expanding its offering in the shopping center sector.
"We are extremely pleased to have won the concession. City West in Chur has a very high standing in the region. With its comprehensive tenant mix, including the Coop Megastore, it fits perfectly into our strategy of being able to offer our customers an attractive POS offering," says Patrik Denzler, Regional Manager Acquisition East at APG.
