Sunrise acquires Nextira One
Sunrise and Nextira One Group announce that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Sunrise will acquire Nextira One Switzerland.
Nextira One offers communication solutions that help organizations run their business more effectively. With the planned acquisition of the leading Swiss company for integration services, Sunrise can further strengthen its position in the business market, the company writes in a press release on Monday. The combination of the two companies under the Business Sunrise brand will create a full-service provider for small, medium-sized and large companies in all sectors and enable services such as cloud computing.
All 180 employees of Nextira One will be integrated into Business Sunrise. Sunrise is thus increasing its workforce by over 10 percent to almost 1,800 employees.
