Tamedia: Martin Kall resigns
Martin Kall has decided to pursue a new career path starting in 2013. Tamedia’s Board of Directors has appointed the current Vice Chairman, Christoph Tonini, to succeed him effective the date of Martin Kall’s departure.
This was announced by Tamedia on Wednesday. Martin Kall has been Chairman of the Management Board of Tamedia since April 2002. The 41-year-old Christoph Tonini has been a member of the Management Board since 2003, has been responsible for Finance, Services and Newspapers Switzerland in recent years and currently heads the Media Switzerland and Digital divisions. Martin Kall is to be elected to the company's Board of Directors at the 2013 Annual General Meeting.
