Ergo Communication ASW implements campaign for "Webermühle" residential development
Ergo Communication ASW was commissioned to handle the communications efforts for the «Webermühle» residential development. The company is responsible both for the renovation phase and for the repositioning of the development.
The agency was commissioned by the Credit Suisse Real Estate Fund Living Plus real estate fund. The particular challenge was to market apartments in the Webermühle in a target group-oriented manner ahead of the upcoming renovation, the agency writes in a press release. It developed the communication presence for the first phase with "smart-flats", the internet platform of the same name Smart-flats.ch, the visual identity for the umbrella brand, posters, advertisements in commuter newspapers, small posters and postcards, flyers and social media activities.
