BSSM: Annual report realized for Warteck Invest
The Basel-based real estate firm Warteck Invest has commissioned the BSSM advertising agency to create its annual report for the years 2010 through 2012. The first edition is now available.
Warteck Invest wants to guarantee its investors a secure, value-preserving capital investment, the agency writes in a press release. The substance is its properties, whose value and earning power are to be secured through professional portfolio and facility management. This sustainable business policy is visualized in the annual report on several lead pages.
