Jobup increases stake in Jobsuchmaschine.ch
Jobup, the operator of the job platforms Alpha.ch, Jobup.ch, and Jobwinner.ch, increased its stake in the job search portal Jobsuchmaschine.ch to 49 percent as of April 18, 2011.
An initial 20 percent stake in Jobsuchmaschine.ch was acquired at the end of 2008, with the takeover of the remaining 51 percent planned for 2013. In the first two years of the collaboration, successful ad combinations were launched, according to a Jobup press release. The cooperation has also increased the reach of the job portals.
Jobup is a joint subsidiary of Edipresse Switzerland and Tamedia and comprises the online job activities of both companies.
