Last but not least: The world from the perspective of a butt

Two young women want to know who’s been checking out their butts throughout the day. To find out, they mingled with the crowd, armed with a butt camera. The stunt has now turned out to be a viral marketing campaign by Levi’s.

The video went down like a bomb on YouTube (it has since been clicked on over 6 million times) and the media went wild reporting on it. Now it has been revealed: The video is a viral ad from Levi's. How Wuv.de writes, the compilation of greedy, envious, admiring and furtive glances was not produced by the girls themselves, but by Colenso BBDO Auckland. The new Levi's Curve ID skinny jeans are to be advertised. The responsible creative Nick Worthington told Campaignbrief that this is the most successful viral campaign Levi's has ever run. What more can you say than: Successful campaign.
