Bol is catching up67 percent of the Swiss can't name a company that sells books, music or videos online. Even in the aided survey, 24.1 percent still say they know none of the companies named, such as Bol.ch, ExlibrisOnline or Amazon. This was the result of a survey commissioned by Bertelsmann Online (BOL) and conducted by the German market research company Emnid in Switzerland. According to Emnid, the best known in the unaided survey was BOL, which was named by 13.5 percent of respondents. BOL thus displaced Amazon from first place for the first time this fall. Amazon came in at just 11.7 percent unaided awareness. Books.ch and Buch.ch follow in the other places.
