Publimag launches new web tool With Mag-Index, an online media selection tool, Publimag now offers access to basic data on Swiss magazines and specialist publications. The free service (www.mag
index.ch) is based on the media database of the Association of Swiss Advertising Companies. It supplements the existing Mag-Calc calculation tool; the Mag-Dispo scheduling tool will also be available in April.
Radio Lac launches advertising program The private radio station Radio Lac in western Switzerland has been broadcasting "Point.Com" once a month since the beginning of March. The new program provides information about what is happening in the communications industry in French-speaking Switzerland and is hosted by Charly Schwarz, Initiative Media Western. In the live broadcast, representatives from advertising, marketing and the media comment on current topics.
