Gmür bids farewell to CCP's BoD

Peter Gmür, former owner of outdoor advertiser Plakanda and Chairman of the Board of Clear Channel Plakanda (CCP) following its sale to Clear Channel, resigned from all functions at CCP at the end of April. In doing so, Gmür wanted to avoid any conflicts of interest with his new function as head of RMB Switzerland and RMB Austria (see page 19). In addition, his function as Chairman of the Board of Directors was limited in time, he said upon request. The new Chairman of CCP Holding is Arthur Loepfe, a former member of the Board of Directors. Beat Roeschlin, previously a delegate to the Board of Directors, became Chairman of the Board of Directors of all operating companies. Beat Sulzer and Andreas Dörler are now also represented on all boards of directors of the operating companies (mk).
