DRS: Chur editorial office with new team under new management

There will be several personnel changes at the Chur studio of Swiss Radio DRS. Roland Wermelinger will take over as team leader of the Chur editorial office starting in April. He succeeds Georg Fromm, who is leaving Swiss Radio DRS.

The 42-year-old Wermelinger has spent the last five years working as a regional correspondent for Eastern Switzerland. The native of Sargans started his SR DRS career in 1999 at Bündner-Journal. Together with Sara Hauschild, he will in future form the backbone of the editorial team in Chur, as SR DRS announced on Tuesday.
In July, two more new employees will join the team in Chur. 45-year-old Diana Jörg is moving from the DRS1 editorial team "Leben und Leute" to Regionaljournal Graubünden. Stefanie Hablützel is also part of the new Graubünden team. The 35-year-old from Chur currently works for the private broadcaster "Radio Grischa". Riccarda Simonett and Silvio Liechti will be leaving the editorial team. Simonett will in future be heard as a presenter on DRS1, while Liechti will take over the position of regional correspondent for Eastern Switzerland at Radio DRS.
