Classifieds market The Fundgrueb Auto-Spezial and AutoBörse advertising marketplaces for second-hand cars are being merged. PubliGroup subsidiary Fundgrueb AG is acquiring a majority stake in AutoBörse, with the previous owners, AZ Mediengruppe and the Emil Frey Group, retaining minority stakes. In future, both titles will be produced centrally and only distributed together. From 2004, printing will be carried out by AZ Grafische Betriebe AG. The circulation of Fundgrueb Auto-Spezial/Auto Börse will be 32,000 copies
