Coninx new Chairman of the Board of Directors of SDA

The General Assembly of the Swiss News Agency (SDA) has elected Hans Heinrich Coninx as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors (BoD).People Tamedia publisher succeeds Fritz Latscha from the Basler Mediengruppe, who has held the position for twelve years. Newly elected to the BoD were Martin Breitenstein, who succeeds Kenneth Angst as representative of the Neue Zürcher Zeitung, Matthias Hagemann for the Basler Mediengruppe and Antoine Exchaquet, who replaces Jacques Demont as representative of the Edipresse publishing group in French-speaking Switzerland.
