Fairness in advertising The Swiss Fairness Commission (LK) has rejected Terre des Femmes Switzerland's complaint against the Sloggi poster "It's string time!" According to a statement by Sloggi manufacturer Triumph International, the LK ruled that the way the poster is presented "does not involve any general disparagement of women. Terre des Femmes had complained that the poster, which shows four extremely slim women dressed only in a thong from behind, depicted women as objects and belittled their dignity. Triumph is launching a follow-up campaign for "Sloggi string time" in September with a new, autumnal motif.
