The St.Gallen communications agency Complecta was commissioned by K&W Software AG from Wallisellen to create a concept. K&W specializes in the development of IT solutions for banks and insurance companies. Complecta's first measures - multi-stage direct mailings - will be used for the Finance Forum 2003 trade fair on November 4-5. In the future, K&W intends above all to intensify the cultivation of existing contacts. The next step will be to determine the information needs of the target groups more precisely. Media work will also be strategically anchored by Complecta.
